Hucknall Van Hire Ltd is a Nottingham based van hire company. We supply self drive van hire and maintenance services for both businesses and for personal use. Our vans are ideal for companies or individuals looking removal and transportations services or if your van has broken down and you need a replacement for a few days. Our trailers can be used to transport large loads such as cars and motorcycles, and can be used commercially by garages. Our services charge by the day and the cost is dependent on the type of van or trailer that is needed as well as the cost of driver hire. We require a £50 security bond for every hire.

Short wheel base transits
Long wheel base transits
Luton tail lift vans

All of our vans have 3 seats and are available in sizes to up to 3.5 tonne.

We also have car transporter trailers and tow a van trailers and motorcycle trailers.

Van Hire Times & Etiquette

All vans take diesel fuel and we have an empty to empty policy. Our services do not require contracts however these can be arranged, Although we provide self hire van services to primarily Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas, we can also arrange collect and drop services to most areas in the UK. Vans are usually hired for and short term use, however long term use for commercial businesses can be arranged and discounts can be offered for long term use. Please be aware that all our vehicles are limited to a maximum of 200 miles per day. We also have a last minute hire service on a daily basis where we accept emails, phone calls and even walk in bookings. Our Office opening hours are:
Monday – Friday
8am – 7pm

Saturday
8am – 12 noon

Sundays and holidays
8am to 9.30am

Van Collection only  on Sundays and holidays as the office is not manned at this time

All Vehicles must be returned before 7pm on the last day of the hire period or at 8am from the day after. Notice must be provided and extra charges may be incurred.

All Vehicles must be returned in a suitable condition for the next user.
